Counter-Notification
If you receive a notification from us that we have removed material that you posted on our service as a result of a copyright infringement claim, you may submit a counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our designated agent. Your Counter-Notice must include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Los Angeles, California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person

Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
