The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA rules, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and city of Los Angeles, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with section 8 above.
